- 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: Covers life-impacting hereditary conditions confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, with appropriate resolution options including treatment support or replacement
- Lifetime Support: We remain available throughout your puppy’s life for guidance, advice, and ongoing support
New Owner Responsibilities
To ensure your puppy thrives, we ask that new owners:
- Schedule a veterinary exam within 10 days of adoption

- Notify us promptly of any health concerns with veterinary documentation
